Skydiving for U12's

If you are interested in Skydiving and you are under 12 then you will need to first of all contact the training club of your choice to inquire about making a tandem skydive with them. The following form will need to be completed and then sent to the APF office for processing. Form M5 - U12 Procedure & Application. Please note, applications will ONLY BE ACCEPTED at the National Office - directly from the training organisation.

Contact the Skydiving Club that you would like to do the Tandem Jump at and they will provide you with all the details.
