the hosts for the 2012 National Championships:
2012 Australian National
Championships in Canopy Piloting to be held at Sydney Skydivers in Picton NSW.
Dates: 8-12 February 2012
2012 National
Championships in FS, VFS, CF, AE, Style & Acc and Easter Boogie to be held at Ramblers Parachute
Centre in Toogoolawah Qld . Dates: 5-11 April 2012

Cloud Jumping Procedures - APF Authorisations
In accordance with CASA
Instrument 301/11, the APF has now issued the
following cloud jumping authorisations.
- Skydive the Beach APF
CJPM No. 04/2011, for their Wollongong, NSW DZ. Commencement
date 27th July 2011. (Replaces APF CJPM No. 02/2008)
- Skydive Maitland
APF CJPM No. 05/2011, for their Maitland, NSW DZ.
Commencement date 8th August 2011.
New Safety Poster
In response to seeing the article in the July 15th APF broadcast
"Learning from the Mistakes of Others: Skydive Arizona
Accident Review, 1991 to 2011", one APF member took
the initiative and produced a Safety Poster for his home DZ.

Rotor Out's campaign for the World Cup of
Formation Skydiving!
|
Gary, Craig & Steph stopped in Singapore for a
day and took the opportunity to do some 4-way training in the new
tunnel with Aussie ex-pat George Attard. Then off to Germany to
meet with Jens and train in the Bottrop tunnel, where they bumped
into 8 other Aussies on their way to Voss Boogie.

Then, off to the competition drop zone in Saarlouis
for some familiarisation and training jumps before the comp start
on Monday.
